Sichuan China Earthquake at Luodai Old Town

Empty Streets in Chengdu City after earthquake tremors felt. All retail stores are closed and people stayed on the streets, along the sides of the road.

Notice the fallen bricks, people gathering on open spaces, shops closing, bricks were still falling in front of me as I took the pictures.

I was in Chengdu last September and visited Luodai and Luobo Village. So sad to hear that Luobo Village was completely destroyed during the quake.

Luodai was hit, but it was still not so bad, the buildings are still intact, need some major repairs to the roof and the walls of the buildings.
